Barefoot Sandals set is attach to a printed barefoot baby soft elastic softband

Most babies have waists between 15″ and 18″ waists. I would recommend a 15″ waist for a newborn. The good thing with this Tutu it is tied tighly with 100’s of tulle strand, you can adjust it when she grow bigger and the tutu still fluffy. It never come untied because it is tighly tied together and compacted of double layered tulle strands. This method provides longevity easy to get on and off with the ribbon and also allows for you to tie it tight or a little looser!
